Updating online accounts with Two step verification?

I recently had to update my financial log ins because of an identity theft issue. I now have my accounts with two step verification. However they do not connect when I do updates.'How can I solve this?

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I'm wondering here if we may need to reestablish connection after you've had the accounts changed partially.  I'll leave steps down below on how to do so.

    First thing I'll recommend is to save a backup to revert back to just in case. You can find how to do so down below.

    Next we'll try deactivating all of the accounts. You can do so by following the article listed down below.

    Last we'll want to go across the top to tools > add account. Find your FI and sign into the account. Once signed in make sure that you link the accounts to your existing account.

    Once you've had a chance to try this see if you're able to get your accounts to update. If you're still having issues we can see what we're able to try next.
