I have a Santander banking account that has not been able to update since January, 2021.

A lot of my credit cards and my Santander banking account has not been able to update since January, 2021. Is this why I paid a hefty renewal fee, so that my credit card and Santander bank transactions are not updated? It's never happened before. I've used Quicken for over twenty-five years and I never had a problem with my accounts being updated.
I'd like a reply. This has been going-on ever since I renewed my Quicken earlier this year.0

When attempting to update your accounts with Santander Bank, what happens? Do you receive any type of error message or code?
Or does the update complete, show successful, but no new transactions appear?
