Subscription renewal

Hello Quicken staff I’m trying to renew my subscription for Deluxe Mac quicken and was unsuccessful online for the last week with a message that is down for maintenance. I called customer service and was informed they had no information on the issue or how long it would be before the website was working. Any information would gladly be appreciated since my subscription has now expired and I can’t update my accounts online.

    No problems for me right now in Safari/Catalina.  Try another browser (Chrome etc), and/or delete all of your cookies for the web site and try again.
