Update still downloading transactions multiple time

When I update my quicken, it's still downloading transactions multiple times. I thought this was only a temporary issue, but it doesn't appear to be. What can I do to fix it. It can take over an hour to correct and balance my accounts. Very frustrating. I'm on the Mac 6.11 version. I connect via quicken connect. Thanks,
