I did not Renew because I only use manual entries but my accounts no longer show. What must I do?

I did not Renew because I only use manual entries but my accounts no longer show. What must I do?

    Are you using the Starter version of Quicken which becomes Read Only after the subscription expires? What do you mean "my accounts no longer show"?

    I refuse to pay a yearly fee to quicken. Can I conclude that they will not allow me to use without paying. I do not use the bank update feature. I do not like it.

    As long as you're not using Quicken Starter (goes to Read Only when the subscription expires) you can continue to use Quicken in manual mode, but you'll have to deal with the renewal nag screens. Or you can find a copy of Quicken 2017 or 2016 and use that as the data files are compatible.
