Chase credit card lags for days with updates

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. We are currently seeing an issue with chase but your issue predates the time when the error started occurring and also is a different issue. In this case I believe one thing we can attempt here is a test file to see if we have a similar issue when we try to download transactions as well. I'll leave steps down below and you can find it on the third step on the article.
Once you get the chance let us know what you're able to find out. From there we'll see what we're able to do next.
