Chase credit card lags for days with updates

Recently my Chase CC takes almost 2 weeks to pull in updates. This lag does not happen with my other accounts or credit cards that are connected to Quicken. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get them updated quicker. Most of my cards pull in the transactions within 24 hours or less.

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. We are currently seeing an issue with chase but your issue predates the time when the error started occurring and also is a different issue. In this case I believe one thing we can attempt here is a test file to see if we have a similar issue when we try to download transactions as well. I'll leave steps down below and you can find it on the third step on the article.

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Is that your recent ticket for an issue with Chase? Currently we are still working on resolving the issue with Chase.
