Very slow since last update

Ever since the last update any time I try to do anything I get the circle clocking for 3-5 seconds. How can I fix this?

In your case it would be best to perform some troubleshooting here to start off. It'll help us see if we're able to identify any issues or see if the last patch may not have installed properly.
