Download indicator flag on, no transactions downloaded. Any ideas?

I have a reoccurring situation that happens with several chase investment accounts. The download flag is set, indicating new transactions have been downloaded. When i click on the account, it shows the last transactions i downloaded and accepted. Nothing to manually download. I haven't figured out why this happens or how to work around it without restarting quicken. When i do restart, the transactions appear. Any thoughts?

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. It sounds like we may need to try forcing those transactions to appear to be able to clear them. I'll leave an article down below on how to do so.
Once you've had a chance let us know if you're able to get the transactions into the register. If not we'll see what we can try next to fix the issue.
