Hello @Brad W
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your question, although I apologize that this option isn't currently offered. I have changed your post to an Idea thread to add the ability to attach a file when entering a bill reminder transaction. Be sure to navigate to the top of this post and click the up arrow to add your vote!
Ideas are reviewed by our development team to see what people would like to be available in the future.
Thanks,

Lou C said: just received my property tax bill; not paying it until Nov 2022. would like to add it to my bill reminder now, but noted this function isn't available.
Please add the ability to add attachments to the "Bill and Income Reminders" portion of the program.
Quicken already has the ability to add attachments to a bill that has been payed, but this is after the transaction is entered. Having the ability to have attachments on the reminder side puts all required documents with the transaction and alleviates having paper or digital support paperwork sitting in files until the payment is entered into a payment register. This change would save a great deal of time when entering & paying bills.
Hello @sethsc,
Your idea thread has been merged with this existing thread regarding the same idea.
Thanks!
Unless I'm missing something for a long long time, there is no way to attach a pdf file when setting up a bill reminder. Obviously they can be attached when editing a transaction but not when setting up an upcoming bill reminder. On the Scheduled Transaction screen there is a column labeled pdf so I imagine it was a thought at some time in the past.
