      I fixed my PNC error cc-501. PNC Bank has different bank names; PNC Virtual Wallet & PNC Web Connect. I am on PNC Virtual Wallet on the PNC.com log in info, BUT for Quicken I had to change from PNC Vitual Wallet to PNC Web Connect on "Online Center" / "Financial Institution" Change it to PNC Web Connect. I could not so, I went into PNC.Com, did my log in and password, then in each bank account, I went under "Account Activity", then look for an orange highlighted drop down bar that has option to drop down and choose, Spendxxxx (xxxx=last 4 digits of your acct #), DO NOT choose Online Statements. After choosing "Spendxxxx", look for in BLUE "Export". Export that account to the selected Quicken programs you have. You will see your quicken program updating and flashing icon in orange. Once it has stopped flashing, then click to your quicken program, your account you just export from the pnc.com website and match it with your quicken register. I did this for all of my pnc.com accounts, manually exported them from inside the pnc.com website into my quicken program. Now that it is received and I matched with my register, NOW in Quicken Program the Online Center under Financial Institution has changed from pnc.com/virtual Wallet to pnc.com/Web Connect. Good Luck.
