Quicken Has My Account All Screwed Up

I fixed the password vault issue. Now, this morning Quicken couldn't to my main bank even though my log in information was correct.
SO, I deactivated the account and reactivated it and Quicken was able to login and download my cleared transaction.
Now my account balance is in negative thousands!

Any way to fix this?
These issues are getting annoying.

    I created a new data file and Quicken shows the correct balance.
    I should've done this a few days ago.

    All is well, now.
