apologize for the issue you're having. I'm wondering here when you've tried deactivating and reactivating your accounts from Wells Fargo did you ever have to use the FMSSetup to get it connected? It's a normal step for connecting to Wells Fargo DC. I'll leave steps down below on how to do so.

deactivated go ahead and follow the article here on reconnecting the accounts. Right before you try connecting you'll also want to go to the FMSSETUP link down below for Wells Fargo so that it'll accept the connection.
