No more accounts to add at Bank of America

I recently refinanced my mortgage at Bank of America and have a new mortgage account at Bank of America. I closed the old account in Quicken and when I attempt to enter the new account and link to Bank of America I get an error on Direct Connect that says I have no more accounts to add at Bank of America. How can I resolve this?

    I could be wrong but I don't believe Quicken connects with mortgage accounts the same way that it connects with other accounts, such as banking or credit cards. Can't recall the last time I had a mortgage account in Quicken which updated with the other accounts, maybe never.
