I am having the same problem, CC-502 error. For about 3 or 4 days now.
Version R32.12
Build 27.1.32.12
Windows 7 32 bit0 -
Quicken Premier - USA
Version: R32.12
Build: 27.1.32.12
Windows 10 Enterprise
Windows Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.928)
@Quicken_Tyka, any additional info would be appreciated. FYI - I created a new file a couple of days ago, and, until this morning, I was unable to add accounts from FedLoan Servicing into the new file. This morning, however, I was able to do so. However, so far, i continue to get the CC-502 error when attempting to update my primary file with FedLoan Servicing data. I have run the validate and repair process and am not getting any errors.0 -

Problem still exists for me, as expected (that support page is worthless once people start posting the problem). I guess I'll keep monitoring this thread in hopes something gets fixed.0

It started working for me for a couple of days, and it stopped working again. Again getting the CC-502 message.0

FedLoan Servicing appears to have the dropped the WWW from their URL. When trying to connect to the bank from within the Quicken account setup it fails. When I click on the link that is supplied so you can manually test a login I get a message back that the server cannot be found. The link (http://www.myfedloan.org/) does not work but (https://myfedloan.org/) does. How do we get that corrected. Thank You0

Hello @GreyCrown
Thank you for the response and the additional details. If Quicken is displaying an incorrect Homepage URL, the financial institution will need to report this URL change to the Quicken financial services provider through their account manager.
This is the only method, as the financial institution can confirm that the URL in Quicken is truly incorrect and not just experiencing temporary difficulties. Quicken Support cannot make this change.
I apologize for not having an immediate solution at this time.

I sent an email to FLS in their website asking that they update Quicken on the new URL. I hope anyone reading this thread will do the same.0

I sent FedLoan an email requesting them to update the URL also. I discovered this a couple weeks back but thought they would have fixed it on their own...I thought wrong.0
