Online balance and downloaded balance don't match

When looking at the balance of my credit card from Capital One website and the balance on Quicken from a downloaded QFX file from Capital One do not match. It is $0.01 off.

    All of the times that I have had this happen it was caused by a manually entered transaction with the wrong amount. Which has happened more times than I care to admit. ;-)
