How do I cancel the $3.00 per month 'Consummer Quicken Banking' charge?

Do I just turn off the online bill pay option for this particular bank in the Windows program?

That charge is coming from your bank, NOT Quicken. They're imposing it for your use of Direct Connect to download into Q.Only your bank can deal with this.
