If you are referring to the overall file password, then go to menu Quicken > Preferences. Click the Security tab and Remove Password. Then Set Password.
For the password used by Quicken to download transactions from an individual bank, select the account in the sidebar, then menu Accounts > Settings. Click the Downloads tab. If the Update Login button is not grayed out, click that button to change the password. If that doesn't work, or the button is grayed out, then click Reset Connection and proceed from there. If all else fails, click Disconnect Account, then set up downloads anew.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s0 -

I'm not a BofA customer, but I've seen a bunch of reports lately in the community about problems with that bank. All I can suggest is to search the community to see if anyone else has a solution, or contact Quicken Support.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s0
