Disappearing Quicken Window

I’m running Quicken subscription on a Windows 10 machine. I’ve uninstalled using IObit uninstaller and only one of the folders that have to be renamed showed up, even with view hidden files checked in Explorer. When I try to run a .qdf data file, it doesn’t display but when I close Quicken with a left click on the taskbar icon, there’s a notification of a backup file being generated. Can anyone help with the display problem?

What kind of monitor do you have? 4k hi-res? Other? Multiple?
Is Windows configured for more than 1 monitor and might Quicken be trying to display on the 2nd monitor?

I suggest you hover the mouse cursor over the Quicken icon in the task bar until the mini-view window appears, right-click in the mini-view window and select Restore or Maximize.
