Credit Alerts

I recently received an email with the subject "You have a New Credit Alert" and instructions as follows;
To see the details, launch Quicken and go to:
Reports Menu ->
Credit Score ->
View Credit Monitoring Alerts
However when I do that all I see is a popup that states "No Alerts All is well", with a smiley face.
However my face isn't so smiley, I take my credit history and score very seriously and I would like to know what the Credit Alert was for, how can I find out?

Hello @jtgostars
Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. That is odd. Quickens credit report is run through Experian and I'm wondering if we potentially might see something there? You'd be able to check by going to https://www.experian.com/ to see if you're able to notice any changes there. If you are able to find anything please let us know.
Thanks,
Quicken Francisco
