Why don't the categories in the reports reflect all the transaction from the accounts entered?

The report for the categories is not accurate and does not contain all the transactions entered through the accounts

    You need to customize the report and see if all the categories and accounts are selected.  And check the date range.

    This feature is the reason I purchased the software and now the account download for my credit union has been broken for over a week.

    So which is it: not downloading transactions or transactions missing from reports?  More details would be helpful.
