Portfolio Value Report not correct after reclass dividends to Return of Capital

After reclassifying certain dividend entries as return of capital for the prior year (2020), the Portfolio Value report as of March 31, 2021 is not correct as it reporting a market value lower than what the price times shares equals for a position that was adjusted. The Portfolio view shows the correct market value but the report does not.
UPDATE- found solution. If a dividend that was posted as a dividend cannot be reclassified as return of capital in the edit screen. The dividend entry needs to be deleted and a new return of capital transaction entered.
