Is it possible to create a report other than the standard Quicken formats?

You can export a report to Excel and change it around there.

Other than what Volvogirl suggests you cannot create a report “from scratch”. The best you can do is make customizations to a Quicken standard report format. The customizations you can make depend on the report but the columns are only minimally customizable (you can remove columns but you really can’t add any).
