My credit union was purchased by another. The log on is still the same but now none of my accounts update on quicken. Do I need to change the name of the credit union?

    Hi @sram98,

Can you tell me the name of your credit union (both old and new if that changed).  Also what method are you using to connect, and which versions of both Quicken and Windows are you running?

Get back to me and we'll go from there.

Well.... I guess we need the names of the old and new to be of any help -
and do you manually log into the old CU website or the new CU website ?
[EDIT] - also updated topic title to better reflect the actual Q&A
