One Step Update never ends

After selecting One Step Update, it never completes. The icon on the toolbar for the One Step Update is blinking. When I try to close Quicken it says to wait till the update has completed but it never does. I always have to kill the process in the Task Manager.
I am running on Windows 10 and have Quicken Deluxe Version R32.12 Build

    If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
