how to import .csv bank transaction file in to Quicken

in Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)
Transactions from my Credit Union can no longer download in to Quicken - using Quicken to do this. I called the CU, they stated they are no longer compatible and said I should download the Excel .csv file and import in to Quicken - however- this is not allowed by Quicken The CU only saves to .csv - no option for a Quicken compatible file

Now what??????

    just to clarify - what is the name of your CU ?
