How do I change an Account Type from "Asset" to "House"?

I have an account that was created in 2006, long before Quicken supported the account type of "House". How do I change the account so Quicken will recognize it as a "House"?

You can't change the account type. Create a new House account and move all the transactions to it from the existing Asset account.

Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro.
