I'm glad to hear that Reset Account worked for you.  That is often a good "fix" option when there are download issues that occur.

Which Comenity Bank link are you trying to get set up with?  There are a lot of them.  To see them all, type in "Comenity" and then scroll down the list.  You will find one for My BJ's Perks Master Card.  Is this the one you are referring to?

I also just noticed that there are 3 different BJ's credit card links.  Type in "BJ's" in the search field and you should then see them, too.

The first one in the list (the one I showed in my last post appears to be for consumer credit cards and the other two are for business cards.  Here is how they show up in the FIDIR list file:
    62349    62349    62349    My BJ's Perks MasterCard    https://d.comenity.net/info/bjs/    NA    https://comenity.net/ac/bjs/public/home    ACTIVE                   CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT    NOT_QBP    NA
    65760    65760    65760    My BJ's Perks MasterCard Credit Ca    https://d.comenity.net/info/bjs/    NA    https://d.comenity.net/ac/bjsbusiness/public/home    ACTIVE                   BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT    NOT_QBP    NA
    62346    62346    62346    My BJ's World for Business    https://d.comenity.net/bjsbusiness/public/help/Help.xhtml    NA    https://comenity.net/ac/bjsbusiness/public/home    ACTIVE                   CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT    NOT_QBP    NA
If you have a BJ's business credit card you will probably need to connect with either the 2nd or 3rd of these 3 options.

I believe it was the first, but I connected a long time ago. May last download that worked was March 30, 2021 with a "Payment THANK YOU" registering a payment amount.

Are you getting an error code/error message when you try to download?  If so, what is it?

I am not getting an error code. It seems like the process completed in a normal fashion. Very weird.

Their manual download only has an excel option and no quicken file type so it was not easy to copy into quicken. That process is more manual than using a quicken file type to download. I will be charging to BJ's for fuel in the next few days and keep track of the transaction to see if it downloads.

I decided to try another normal download of all of my financial institutions this morning. And to that end, no Bj's transactions were downloaded.

I then bit the bullet and decided to "reset the account" through the online services tab of the account. Would you believe, by doing that, that the outstanding transactions were downloaded? It seems that the connection to Comenity may have been the problem and that the reset which deactivates and activates the connection was the problem.
