I go through and read posts on a regular basis. There seems to be a lot of "What version questions" come back from someone who wants to help answer a question. What about eliminating that by making users go through and answer a questionnaire that is filled out on the 1st time they use the the community for a question. After a user with a question answers all information in the post to go out, it is held in that persons file until someone offers to answer it. At that point the person answering the question can see the necessary information to help answer the question. Just have that information automatically pop up when someone opens the question to be answered. Heck quicken could even auto update the info when someone updates to a newer version.  I know, I know, it's pie in the sky, but I'll eat pie anywhere.
