    Hi @Amy Carlson,

    Just a warning - once you delete an account it is gone forever, so please make a backup of your Quicken data file before you follow the instructions below.  Also you should understand that deleting an account which has transfers in or out to other accounts can and will affect those other accounts, so you may have work to do to get the accounts that remain into balance.

    All that being said... To delete one or more accounts:

    1) Go to "Tools" > "Account List";
    2) Locate the account that yo want to delete and click in the "Edit" button just to the right of the account name;
    3) At the bottom of the Pop-up Window, you will see a "Delete Account" button - Click it;
    4) You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the account by typing "yes" in the field - do that and click "OK".
    5) The account has been deleted - Go to the next account and repeat these steps.

    Good luck.

    You can also just Edit the Account -
    and set it to be SEPARATE so it doesn't appear in displays or reports -
