Adding business account

Hi - I'm new to Quicken and I'm trying to add a business account from BNB Bridge Business Connect, however, my bank requires org ID, userid & password to log in to their site and Quicken only gives me the option to enter userid and pwd. Anyone has experience with this? Thank you

Is the name of your bank, as shown in Q, "BNB Bank" or "BNB Bank, N.A.NJ"?  Because these are the entries that I find for them:
    BNB Bank    https://www.bnbbank.com/    (631) 537-1000    https://web3.secureinternetbank.com/pbi_pbi1151/login/021406667    ACTIVE    BANKING,ACCOUNTINFO&DIRECT    BANKING&WEB-CONNECT         BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT
    BNB Bank, N.A.NJ    http://www.bnbbank.com    N/A    https://cm.netteller.com/login2008/Authentication/Views/Login.aspx?fi=bnbbank&bn=02e13146e963371a&burlid=5c2a6a9588ff1bea    ACTIVE                   BANKING,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT
Also, it's possible that your bank doesn't allow business accounts to be downloaded into Q. You'd need to ask the bank about this.

You will see on the site provided, that organization ID is required, along with the user Id and password. I'm located in the US. Thanks

You're going to have to ask your bank about "Organization ID", as that has no meaning in Quicken.
ALSO, ask them if that allow download from that type of account into Quicken ... and how.
No one here can answer those questions.

well that helps a lot -
looks like THIS is the bank entry that should be used with Quicken - and NOT the ones listed above -
The exact name used by Quicken always helps..... we have now listed the EXACT match for the website URL.
Also - it looks like you can manually download transactions from the bank website, and import those into Quicken.
This feature is listed as being avail - web connect -
And again - the ORG ID - means nothing to us or Quicken -
it must be how you or your organization are setup with the bank as some type of pool or group or ????
and then you have a User ID & Password for you personally within that group...
