Expense items appearing under an income category

How do I prevent Quicken from allowing payments to be input using an income category? Sometimes, I use the wrong category and I was certain that a pop-up would appear asking me if I was sure, but it nolonger is doing it.

How about naming your Income Categories so that they have "Income" as part of their name, e.g., "Salary Income - self". That should reduce confusion.

Thank you UKR. That will help to prevent me from picking the wrong category, but in the past Quicken wouldn't allow an expense to be categorized as income or visa versa and now it does. In order to make sure it hasn't happened, I have to look at every entry and make sure it hasn't happened. Thank you for your suggestion though.

Not that I can remember, but maybe memory is failing me.
A return of some clothing a while ago was refunded to my "Clothing" expense category without getting prompted.
