how do I change my account type from debt (liabilities) to Credit. this is a credit card.

When I set it up, I labeled it as a credit card, but quicken set it as a debt.

    So, just to clarify - if you right-click - Edit Account - your Visa card doesn't show "Credit" - like this ?
    You would have to re-setup the Quicken account correctly as a Credit Card - and then copy/move all the existing transactions from the bogus acct to the newly created Credit Card account.

    When you setup the card in Quicken -
    if it was done with Add Account and pointed to the bank & Credit Card - it would have been setup as Credit.
    Is this an actual MC/Visa/Amx/Discover Credit Card - or a bank Debit Card ?
