My balance is wrong by 50K?

My husband used my quicken for our taxes last week. when I came back to do the books it's wrong. How do I find the problem?

Unfortunately, there's no transaction log file in Quicken (a file which logs before and after images of transactions with every change) to act as an audit trail.You may have to ask your husband about what changes he made. He may have inadvertently changed or deleted transfer transactions to become categorized as income or expense ... that messes up account balances for sure. Other than that, you need to compare account registers which are out of balance with bank statements, to locate the discrepancies and then decide how best to fix it.
