Quick Pay feature missing from Quicken

I do not appear to have Quick Pay as part of my Quicken account. Is this feature available for Quicken Home and Business (Canadian Edition)? I have version R32.10, build 37.1.32.10

    Quicken Bill Pay isn't supported in the Canadian version.  Basically about the only "online features" supported in the Canadian version are Express Web Connect, and downloading the currency exchange rates.

    EDIT and sync to Mobile/Web.
