If you accidentally "marked account closed" in Quicken, you cannot "unmark to reopen" the account.
Ditto, if you accidentally "deleted an account register, together with all its transactions."
Possible solutions:
Restore your Quicken data file from the most recent backup, Manual or Automatic, taken before you made that change, then reapply all the changes you may have made since the backup was taken.
Add a new loan account, as of the next payment due, with correct balance remaining, number of payments remaining, etc. and use that to finish paying off the loan.
