How to change loan payoff date

I'm not sure that I understand.Did the payoff date NOT change ... or did the download somehow miraculously change the date?

Yes, the loan balance and pay off date changed in Quicken as a result of my updating with the vendor.0

I wasn't aware that the payoff date (or any date, for that matter) could be changed via download. MOST curious.

I setup the loan up initially and have a bill reminder to enter the transaction in my checking account. Each month I ENTER payment on date due and the completed EFT draft payment is CLEARED when I update my transactions via Express Web Connect from my Financial Institution.
This is the FIRST time I ever updated (Settings/Update Now) from my actual Loan Account. Maybe I should have been doing this from the beginning?0 -
I'm going to call this thread to the attention of one of the other SuperUsers ... one who is more informed about the content of download files than I am. Let's see what happens.
