Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues updating your extracobank accounts. I'm wondering here it sounds like the change is likely why you're having issues but I wonder if we add it as a new account then link during setup if we might be able to have more success getting the accounts running. This creates a new connection to the bank instead of using the old when when reactivating normally. I'll leave steps on how to do so down below.
First we'll try deactivating all of the accounts for the affected FI. You can do so by following the article listed down below.

Once all the accounts are deactivated go ahead and follow the article here on reconnecting the accounts.
