One Step Update Does Not Show Date of Update for Northwest Accounts

My Northwest accounts (3) update the registers with transactions but the fact that the update occurred or the date and time of update does not show in either the One Step Summary or in the transaction register for each of the (3) accounts. These are "Direct Connect" accounts, my other "Express Web Connect" accounts work fine. Have tried removing and resetting the Northwest accounts as well as signing out of quicken and signing back in.
