I cannot add my Navy Federal Credit Union Accounts

I have been having trouble connecting and downloading my NFCU accounts for the past two months. I went ahead and deleted all my Quicken files and uninstalled and reinstalled the Quicken software. Today, I tried to add my NFCU accounts and now getting a message it cannot add this account. What's going on? Very frustrating.

First, could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?

Aside from the error message that you are receiving, are you also receiving any specific error code(s) associated with that error message that you could provide us with here, please? And can you please confirm whether or not you are able to sign in to access your account(s) without issues on NFCU's Online Banking website?
