Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing . Any data would have been kept by Metavante since we never had access to their system and was setup through them. We connected with their server like we do with FI's.

If you want more information about the information stored I would recommend contacting Metavante for more information on the information.
