Since 6/6/2021 have been having "Connectivity Problems" with Citi

Stupid quicken keeps asking me if i've changed my password ... no I freakin' haven't. I can not connect and the only way I can download transactions for my mastercard is manually. which will be a cluster [profanity removed] of a problem when connectivity is restored because then quicken won't recognize duplicates. anyone else know how to solve this without resetting my account, getting duplicates after I reset?

I will add that quicken says "your login information in quicken is incorrect. for more information see this faq" [profanity removed]. My login info is the same as it's ever been ... and yet I still updated my password in quicken.
