Is there a way to purge my data from a certain date on back?
washy3434
I've been using the same quicken file since my first PC in 1996. As such, my Quicken is now running very slow for the sheer numbers of dates and transactions. Is there a way to purge my data from a certain point back and only keep the last 10-15 years or so without totally messing up my file to hopefully help speed up the program and prevent crashes?

Generally, the size of the Quicken file does not have a significant impact on Quicken's performance. There are a few exceptions but they may be resolved without reducing the Quicken's size.
