One Step Update does not complete for "all Accounts".

Individual accounts will update when I attempt them within the account, but when I start quicken and attempt to update all accounts it never completes and I have to use task manager to end quicken.
I've completed the following steps
1. signed out and signed back in to my account
2. tried to toggle of sync (which wasn't on since I don't use mobile web)

If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
