how do I get the patch that prevents previous balances from duplicating.

i ?support on the phone and they sent me a patch which I applied to my desktop version. Now I just did a download on my laptop and it said I owed $107,000 on my credit cards!!! It tripled or quadrupled all balance forward amounts which I had to manually delete for each of 20 accounts How do I get a copy of that patch again?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your register multiplying. I'm wondering here as the patch shouldn't have had that effect when you updated your account here. I'm wondering here if you've tried loading a backup to see if the same thing happens when you try updating that file as well. I'll leave a link on how to do so.
