To clarify; are you referring to the credit card on file for your Quicken subscription renewal? If so, you can change your credit card/billing information by signing in to your My Account page on our website.

Once signed in, click on Manage under Subscriptions (see below).

Alternatively, you can also contact Quicken Support directly for assistance.
