Recent credit union upgrade does not allow Quicken to import credit union transactions

Recent credit union upgrade does not allow Quicken to import credit union transactions. Correspondence with the CU indicates that "Quicken will no longer connect via direct connect and will need to be reconnected using their web connect functionality". When I look at my account in Quicken "web connect" is not available. How do I resolve?

    IF the CU coordinated their upgrade with Quicken, you should be able to disable the DC connection (Tools, Account List) and then start by downloading a QXF file from the CU website.  If necessary, click on the downloaded file to start the import into Quicken.  What CU is it and have others reported problems?
