to hear that you are experiencing issues adding your accounts. I was taking a look to see if I could find any additional details but it didn't seem like there were any for your FI. How long has this been happening? Have you had this account connected previously? If you haven't already I would recommend looking at the CC-501 article as it's a good place to start.
Once you get the chance please let us know more and we'll see what we can do to resolve the issue you're having.
