I purchased an upgrade from Starter to Deluxe but Help/About says its still Starter

    How about some more details?
    Where did you purchase the upgrade?
    Did you use the exact same Quicken ID that you use for Starter to purchase the upgrade?
    After the purchase transaction was complete, did you at least
    shutdown Quicken,
    wait 15 seconds,
    restart Quicken,
    click Help / Check Membership Status
