South Slope bill pay link needs to be updated

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
South Slope recently changed their third party billing vendor, but Quicken is still going to the old one - when I drop down the menu on the right under "Try Again" and select "Go to biller website," it takes me to the log in page for the old vendor. As a result, the bill always says the amount due is not available (see attached screen shot).

Please update the biller.

Thank you for taking the time to point out this discrepancy. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. The issue has been reported through Bill Go and is currently being worked on. There is no ETA at the moment but I do suggest attempting to access the online biller in 24-48 business hours.
In the mean time if your bill needs to be paid, go ahead and pay it through the biller website directly.
