Do I need to update my Quicken 2017 before transferring files to new computer?

Do I need to update to the most recent version of Quicken before installing on my new computer? I would prefer to continue using version 2017. When I log in to Quicken and download the software, what version will it download?

What you might download would depend upon what you paid for.
QW2017 is no longer supported ... so you can no longer download it.
